Do you have setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees. You can cancel at any time. For custom projects, we will provide a quote.
What is the billing cycle?
All of our plans are monthly. If you would like a custom plan, please contact us.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We can charge almost any kind of credit or debit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and JCB via our secure online payment form.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within the “My Account” page.
What is an API and do I need it?
API stands for Application Programming Interface. It allows you to integrate our Tracking Data with your website or application. A programmer is typically required. For more information, please read our documentation.

You do not need the API to place the Tracking Widget on your website. Note: You can use both the Tracking Widget and the API as they are separate features.
What is the Tracking Widget?
The Tracking Widget is a ready-to-use widget that you place on your website with a little bit of JavaScript and provides all the necessary functionality for package tracking. There is no programming required. It’s quick, easy, and saves you time and money.

We provide several ways for you to customize the Tracking Widget to match your website style and needs.

Do you have a trial?
Yes! All Plans come with a FREE 7 Day Trial. This gives you time to test it on your website or for the Advanced Plan and above, to test your API integration. Please follow the setup instructions in the Documentation here.
How many websites can I place the tracking widget on?
The number of websites will be determined by the plan you choose. Need more? Contact us for a quote.
What happens if I reach my shipment limit?
If you exceed your plan’s shipment limit we will continue to display tracking data, but will contact you to see if we might be able to better serve you with a different plan.
Are there custom plans available?
If your website or application requires more shipments or features than the plans above allow, please contact us and we’ll work with you to setup a plan that meets your needs.
